| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound honey | 1/4 cup sugar | dash of cinnamon |
| 3/4 cup matzoh farfel | 2 cups chopped almonds | 1 cup chopped walnuts |
| 1 | Place honey and sugar in a heavy saucepan and heat over low heat to boiling. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes more, until mixture turns brown. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, matzoh farfel, almonds, and walnuts. |
| 2 | Pour mixture onto a wet cutting board. |
| 3 | Keeping hands wet with very cold water, pat candy into a square 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. |
| 4 | Let cool and then cut diagonally using a wet knife. |
