INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons shortening
honey



1 Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of container with rubber spatula, if necessary, and process 30 seconds or until smooth. Chill batter at least 1 hour.
2 Grease two 9-inch round cakepans with shortening. Heat cake pans at 450 F. for 5 minutes. Remove pans from oven; pour batter evenly into pans. Bake at 450 F. for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F. and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately with honey.
