| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup all-purpose flour | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 6 eggs, beaten |
| 1 cup milk | 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted | 2 tablespoons shortening |

| 1 | Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of container with rubber spatula, if necessary, and process 30 seconds or until smooth. Chill batter at least 1 hour. |
| 2 | Grease two 9-inch round cakepans with shortening. Heat cake pans at 450 F. for 5 minutes. Remove pans from oven; pour batter evenly into pans. Bake at 450 F. for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F. and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately with honey. |
