INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup cassia bark 1/2 cup white cumin seeds 2 tablespoons green cardamom seeds (not pods)
2-1/2 tablespoons cloves



1 Roast the spices under a low to medium heat broiler, or in an oven at 325 F.
2 When they give off an aroma, remove from the heat, cool, and grind.
3 Store in an airtight jar.
