| 4-8 mutton or lamb chops | 1 clove garlic | 1 tbls oil |
| salt and pepper | 1 onion, sliced | 4 tomatoes |

| 1 | Rub chops with garlic, sprinkle with oil and seasonings. With slices of onion and whole tomatoes, broil at high heat for 10-15 minutes. Add flour to drippings and prepare gravy. Lamb chops may also be fried in butter. They should always be crisp on the outside, but a bit rare inside. Serve with salted potatoes and green beans. |
