| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 bananas, peeled and sliced | 1 large guava, chopped | 1 pear, peeled and chopped |
| 8-10 ounces canned peaches, drained and chopped | 8-10 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained | 1 small, fresh papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks |
| a few grapes, seeded | 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped | 2 tsps lemon juice |
| salt | 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper | 1/4 tsp chili powder |
| pinch of black rock salt (kala namak) | ||
| 1 | Put all the fruits into a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili. Mix well. |
