Sweet and Sour Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas, peeled and sliced 1 large guava, chopped 1 pear, peeled and chopped
8-10 ounces canned peaches, drained and chopped 8-10 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained 1 small, fresh papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
a few grapes, seeded 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 2 tsps lemon juice
salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp chili powder
pinch of black rock salt (kala namak)



1 Put all the fruits into a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili. Mix well.
2 Add pinch of ground black rock salt. Mix and serve. Note: many other fruits may be added, such as mango, kiwi, plum, litchis, melons, etc.
