| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 ounces dried mushrooms | 1 pound fresh mushrooms | 3 cloves garlic, sliced very thin |
| 4 tablespoons olive oil | 1/4 cup whipping cream | salt and pepper to taste |
| fresh-grated Romano or Parmesan cheese | 1 pound spaghettini, cooked | |
| 1 | Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour; drain, and chop into coarse pieces. Slice the mushrooms. |
| 2 | Saute the garlic in the oil until it barely begins to brown. Add the two mushrooms, and saute for 6 minutes. Add the cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes. |
| 3 | Serve over the hot pasta. Top with the Romano or Parmesan cheese. |
