Spaghetti with Two Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces dried mushrooms 1 pound fresh mushrooms 3 cloves garlic, sliced very thin
4 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup whipping cream salt and pepper to taste
fresh-grated Romano or Parmesan cheese 1 pound spaghettini, cooked



1 Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour; drain, and chop into coarse pieces. Slice the mushrooms.
2 Saute the garlic in the oil until it barely begins to brown. Add the two mushrooms, and saute for 6 minutes. Add the cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
3 Serve over the hot pasta. Top with the Romano or Parmesan cheese.
