| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups flour | 3 tablespoons sugar | 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 2 cups fat-free sour cream | 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese | 8 eggs, beaten |
| 1-1/2 teaspoons almond flavoring | heated syrup | confectioners' sugar, optional |
| 1 | In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Add in sour cream, cottage cheese, and eggs, one at a time. Stir in almond flavoring. |
| 2 | Pour enough batter for a 3-1/2 inch circle onto a greased hot griddle. |
| 3 | Cook until bubbles form. Flip over for a few minutes, until both sides are cooked to desired doneness. |
