INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops salt and pepper 1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs 1 tbls. butter



1 Rub chops generously on both sides with salt and pepper. Dip in egg and in bread crumbs. Fry slowly in butter until crisp and thoroughly done.
2 Season chops well and fry slowly in butter until crips.
3 Broil chops slowly on both sides 5 inches from heat. Season well when done. Serve with potato salad, cucumber salad, or cooked carrots and mixed vegetables.
