| 1-1/2 pounds ground beef | 3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs | 3/4 cup canned applesauce |
| 6 tablespoons catsup | 3/4 teaspoon salt | 1/4 tespoon leaf sage, crumbled |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lighty with fork; shape into a 6-inch square in baking pan. |
