| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 ripe oranges | 8 dates, chopped | 1/4 cup blanched almonds, slivered |
| orange flower water | 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped | ground cinnamon |
| 1 | Peel oranges, removing all pith, and slice crossways. |
| 2 | Place in shallow dish with chopped dates and slivered almonds and flavor to taste with orange flower water. |
| 3 | Sprinkle lightly with mint and cinnamon and serve. Orange salad is delicious served with cold duck. |
