INGREDIENTS:
6 ripe oranges 8 dates, chopped 1/4 cup blanched almonds, slivered
orange flower water 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped ground cinnamon



1 Peel oranges, removing all pith, and slice crossways.
2 Place in shallow dish with chopped dates and slivered almonds and flavor to taste with orange flower water.
3 Sprinkle lightly with mint and cinnamon and serve. Orange salad is delicious served with cold duck.
