| SPREAD: 1/2 cup mayonnaise | 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel | 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt | 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper | 4 drops hot pepper sauce |
| SANDWICH: 4 plain bagels, split, toasted | 4 ounces sliced deli turkey breast | 4 slices cheese |
| 1/4 cup red pepper strips | 1 tablespoon sliced green onion | |
