Turkey Sandwiches with Lemon-Pepper Spread

INGREDIENTS:
SPREAD: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 4 drops hot pepper sauce
SANDWICH: 4 plain bagels, split, toasted 4 ounces sliced deli turkey breast 4 slices cheese
1/4 cup red pepper strips 1 tablespoon sliced green onion



1 In small bowl stir together all spread ingredients.
2 Spread cut sides of bagels with mayonnaise mixture.
3 To assemble sandwiches, layer each bottom half of bagel with 1/4 turkey, 1/4 cheese, 1/4 red pepper, 1/4 cup green onion and top half of bagel.
