| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound medium-size shrimp | 5 cloves garlic, minced | 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice | 1/2 cup white wine | 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce |
| 1 to 2 tablespoons bread crumbs | green olives for garnish | |
| 1 | Prepare Spanish tomato sauce. Set aside. Shell and devein shrimps. Set aside. |
| 2 | Brown garlic in olive oil. Add shrimps, lemon juice, wine and hot chili sauce. Add 3 tablespoons Spanish tomato sauce. Cook for another minute. Thicken sauce with bread crumbs. Serve hot over white rice, garnished with olives. |
