Piquant Shrimp (Gambas)

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound medium-size shrimp 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup white wine 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons bread crumbs green olives for garnish



1 Prepare Spanish tomato sauce. Set aside. Shell and devein shrimps. Set aside.
2 Brown garlic in olive oil. Add shrimps, lemon juice, wine and hot chili sauce. Add 3 tablespoons Spanish tomato sauce. Cook for another minute. Thicken sauce with bread crumbs. Serve hot over white rice, garnished with olives.
