| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 3-pound chicken, cut cup | 2 tablespoons light soy sauce | 2 tablespoons dry sherry |
| 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger | 1/2 tablespoon mashed dow see | 1 teaspoon brown sugar |
| 2 teaspoons cornstarch | 1 lemon, sliced | |
| 1 | Mix together all the ingredients except the lemon. Place in a bowl or Hunan steamer. Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken. Steam for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is very tender. |
