Steamed Chicken with Lemon

INGREDIENTS:
1 3-pound chicken, cut cup 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 1/2 tablespoon mashed dow see 1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 lemon, sliced



1 Mix together all the ingredients except the lemon. Place in a bowl or Hunan steamer. Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken. Steam for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is very tender.
