| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 cups hot mashed potatoes | 1 teaspoon chopped chives | dash of pepper |
| 2 tablespoons margarine | 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese | 1/2 cup heavy cream, whopped |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 4 oven cups. |
| 2 | Mix together mashed potatoes, chives, pepper, and margarine. Divide into 4 portions and place into oven cups. Set aside. |
| 3 | Add grated cheese to whipped cream and spread over potatoes. |
| 4 | Bake for 15 minutes, or until nicley browned. |
