Combine flour, sugar, butter, and sour cream and mix well, using fork and hands. |

Chill in refrigerator until easy to handle. |

Preheat oven to 325 to 350 F. Grease a cookie sheet. |

Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 9x13 inches. |

Spread apricot preserves or chocolate chips or raisins and walnuts on top of dough rectangle. |

Roll up the 13-inch side of the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. |

Place strudel on cookie sheet. |

Bake for approximately 45 minutes until lightly crisp. |

Remove from oven and cut into slices. Add more fillings, if desired. |
