| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 4-pound pork loin roast | salt and pepper | 1 1-pound can crushed pineapple |
| 1 1-pound can cranberry sauce, whole berry or jellied | 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg | 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
| 1 | Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker. Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over pork. Cover and cook at low for 8 to 10 hours. To serve, slice between ribs and spoon sauce over each portion. |
