| 1 package (8 ounces) Neufchatel cheese, softened | 1 cup chopped cooked chicken | 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise | 2 tablespoons chopped chutney | 1 tablespoon curry powder |
| 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley | chopped pecans, for garnish | |
| 1 | In a food processor, combine cheese, chicken, toasted pecans, mayonnaise, chutney, curry, and parsley. Process just until combined. |
