Chicken-Pecan Cheese Spread

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (8 ounces) Neufchatel cheese, softened 1 cup chopped cooked chicken 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons chopped chutney 1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley chopped pecans, for garnish



1 In a food processor, combine cheese, chicken, toasted pecans, mayonnaise, chutney, curry, and parsley. Process just until combined.
2 Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled. Serve with crackers and sliced apples.
