| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb green beans | 3 tbls olive oil | 3 tbls vinegar |
| 3 tbls beef stock | 1 onion, sliced | pinch of dill |
| salt and pepper | ||
| 1 | Slice beans lengthwise and cut in half. Cook in salted water until tender. Prepare marinade of remaining ingredients. Pour over beans and let soak in well. Additional beef stock may be added for extra juiciness. |
