| 3-4 cups sliced cooked turkey, chicken, or pork | 2-1/2 cups green tomatillo sauce | salt |
| small lettuce leaves | mild pickled chiles (optional) | about 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream |
| 1 | Arrange the meat (cut thinly or thickly, as you like) in a wide frying pan and pour the sauce over all. Cover and warm gently over low heat; when the mixture begins to bubble slightly, simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. |
