Blue and Gold Macaroni Bake

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound elbow macaroni 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter or margarine 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 small onion, grated 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 cups milk 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded (4 cups)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 cup soft white-bread crumbs (2 slices)



1 Cook macaroni, following label directions; drain; spoon into an 8-cup baking dish.
2 Melt butter or margarine in a medium-size saucepan; stir in flour, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt; cook, stirring constantly, just until bubbly.
3 Stir in milk; continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and boils 1 minute; stir in cheddar and blue cheese until melted.
4 Pour over macaroni; stir lightly to mix. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
5 Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
