Bourbon Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS:
4 16-ounce cans Boston baked beans 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoons molasses 1/2 cup bourbon 1/2 cup strong coffee
1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 4 tablespoons brown sugar



1 Stir ingredients together in crock and cook covered for 6 to 8 hours a low heat. A half hour or so before serving, turn cooker to high and remove cover to steam off excess liquid.
