| 4 16-ounce cans Boston baked beans | 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard | 1 cup chili sauce |
| 1 tablespoons molasses | 1/2 cup bourbon | 1/2 cup strong coffee |
| 1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained | 4 tablespoons brown sugar | |
| 1 | Stir ingredients together in crock and cook covered for 6 to 8 hours a low heat. A half hour or so before serving, turn cooker to high and remove cover to steam off excess liquid. |
