Sweet Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
4 large sweet potatoes, cooked 1/4 pound margarine, softened 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups mini-marshmallows



1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
2 Peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Mix in margarine, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in brown sugar.
3 Place potatoes in a 2-quart casserole dish.
4 Bake for 20 minutes.
5 Remove from oven and sprinkle mini-marshmallows evenly over top of potatoes.
6 Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until mini-marshmallows are golden brown.
