INGREDIENTS:
1 onion 2-3 cardamom seeds 2 chickens, about 2-1/4 pounds each
cooking oil parsley for decoration salt and pepper



1 Bring water to a boil with onion and cardamom, then add chicken and salt and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from broth and cool. Cut chicken into neat joints and fry until nicely golden. Serve on a bed of parsley.
