El's Microwave Chile

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground chuck 2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans 1/3 C catsup
1/4 t red pepper 1/4 t pepper 1 medium onion, cut fine
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes 1/4 t garlic, minced 1/4 t chile powder
1/4 t salt



1 Cook ground chuck and onion in large covered glass casserole for 6 minutes. Stir halfway through; drain fat. Add catusp, beans, tomatoes, and spices. Replace cover and cook about 12 minutes, stirring at least twice. If thicker chile is desired, stir in mixture of cornstarch and water and alow to boil another 1-2 minutes. Serve with cottage cheese on the side.
