INGREDIENTS:
3 whole red snappers (1 to 1-1/2 pounds each), each split lengthwise into 2 pieces 1/2 tablespoon Adobo 1/4 cup corn oil
1 recipe Mojito Isleno



1 Season the fish with the adobo. Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute the fish until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the fish to another pan and add the sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
