| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 C cooked chicken, cubed | 1 C croutons | 1/2 toasted slived almonds |
| 2 t onion, grated | 1/2 C sharp Cheddar cheese, grated | 2 C celery, thinly sliced |
| 1 C mayonnaise | 2 T lemon juice | 1/2 t salt |
| 1 C crushed potato chips | ||
| 1 | Combine chicken, celery, croutons, mayonnasie, almonds, lemon juice, onion, and salt in non-metallic casserole. Microwave uncovered on Roast or 70% for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Put back in on 70% until cheese is melted. (Standard oven bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.) |
