INGREDIENTS:
1 pound beef 1 onion, coarsely chopped 3 pounds fresh mulukhiya
10 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon ground coriander cooking oil
salt and pepper



1 Cut beef into bite-sized cubes. Cook beef, onion, and mulukhiya leaves with seasoning until tender. Prepare ta'liya using only 10 garlic cloves and toss into cooking pot. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
