| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2-1/2 C chicken broth | 1 C brown rice | Margarine |
| 1 can mushrooms, chopped | 3 slices cheese, chopped (American or Cheddar) | leftover meat |
| 1/2 t salt | 1 onion, chopped | 10 oz pkg broccoli |
| 1 can undiluted mushroom soup | ||
| 1 | Boil chicken broth and salt in 9x11" dish. Add rice, stir and cook on High for 17 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. In small casserole, brown onion in margarine. Add broccoli and steam 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and soup. Mix together with rice and add cheese and meat. Bake on High for 15-20 minutes. |
