INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe papayas, peeled, seeded, and diced 4 cups ice-cold milk 4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
freshly ground nutmeg for garnish



1 Mix all of the ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender. Sprinkle with the nutmeg.
