| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups sourdough starter | 2/3 cup skim milk | 1/3 lb butter-melted |
| 2 eggs | 1-1/2 cup cake flour | 1/8 cup sugar |
| 2 tsp baking powder | 1-1/2 tsp salt | |
| 1 | Mix starter, milk, melted butter and eggs together. |
| 2 | In a separate bowl sift and mix all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients and mix until just mixed-let sit for 15 minutes before making waffles. |
