| 1 pound pork | 1 yellow onion, peeled | 2 green peppers, cleaned |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil | 1 tablespoon lemon juice | 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon oregano | salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | Cut the pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut the yellow onion and green peppers into 1-inch square pieces. Marinate the meat and vegetables in the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper for about 2 hours. Then alternate vegetables and meat on skewers. Broil until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. |
