INGREDIENTS:
1 pound pork 1 yellow onion, peeled 2 green peppers, cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano salt and pepper to taste



1 Cut the pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut the yellow onion and green peppers into 1-inch square pieces. Marinate the meat and vegetables in the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper for about 2 hours. Then alternate vegetables and meat on skewers. Broil until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
2 Serve with Tzatziki, crusty bread, and prehaps an eggplant salt, Melitzanosalata. Dry red wine completes your Greek feast.
