| 4-8 loin pork chops | salt and pepper | 2 tbls butter |
| 1 onion, sliced | ||
| 1 | Pound chops lightly with season. Fry in butter, with onion, on both sides, quickly over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 20 minutes more. Serve with salted potatoes and vegetables. |
