Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS:
3 bunches spinach, cleaned and torn 6 green onions, chopped 6 slices bacon, diced and fried crisp
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 cup mung bean sprouts basic Fennel Dressing
fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese salt and pepper to taste



1 Toss the spinach with the green onions, bacon, mushrooms and mung bean sprouts. Toss with fennel dressing, and top with the Parmesan or Romano cheese, salt, and pepper.
2 Add sunflower seeds to this dish and creates a great hit!
