| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 clove garlic, crushed | grated peel from 1/2 orange | 1-1/2 teaspoons salt |
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon | 1 teaspoon allspice | 1 teaspoon pepper |
| 1/2 cup white wine | 2 pounds coarse-ground beef | 1 pound coarse-ground pork |
