INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic, crushed grated peel from 1/2 orange 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup white wine 2 pounds coarse-ground beef 1 pound coarse-ground pork



1 Mix all the ingredients except the meats in a food blender. Then add to meat.
2 Stuff into casings, or fry plain.
