Set microwave power at high. In microwave proof dish, crumble ground beef and heat 2-3 minutes or until the beef is browned. Stir once; then drain. Stir spaghetti sauce and water into the meat. Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and pepper. In an oblong microwave proof dish, spoon 1/2 c of the sauce alternately with the noodles and egg mixture. Make 2 layers. Cover and heat at high power for 8 minutes. Set microwave level to med-low and heat covered 30-32 minutes until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 15 minutes; then serve. |
