| 1 (16-oz) can sauerkraut, drained | 2 C Swiss cheese, shredded | 1/4 C 1000 island dressing |
| 2 T margarine | 1/4 C pumpernickel bread crumbs, or white | 1 (12 oz) can corned beef, broken into pieces |
| 1/2 C mayonnaise or salad dressing | 2 medium tomatoes, sliced or 1/2 C canned | |
| 1 | Layer sauerkraut in 1-1/2 qt casserole; top with corned beef and cheese. Spread mayonnaise on top cheese. Top with tomatoes. Mix crumbs with margarine and put on tomatoes. Microwave 12-14 minutes; turn half turn after 6 minutes. |
