INGREDIENTS:
6 peppers, roasted salt freshly ground black pepper
125 ml/4 fl oz virgin olive oil



1 Cut the roasted peppers into wide strips and place in a shallow dish. Season lightly with salt and black pepper and cover with the olive oil. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until required. Bring to room temperature before serving as an antipasto.
