| 1 medium onion, chopped | 1 cup water | 1 cup catsup |
| 1/2 cup vinegar | 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley | 1 tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish | 1 tablespoon prepared mustard | 1 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve horseradish sauce with pork or beef roasts. |
