INGREDIENTS:
4-5 lb boned veal roast lemon juice salt and pepper
1 slice bacon 1 tbls pickle 3 anchovies
6 tbls butter 1/2 cup sour cream



1 Rub meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lard with slivers of bacon, pickle and anchovies. Prepare gravy with butter and sour cream, add seasoning to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes or dumplings or Spatzle and a green salad.
