INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs 2 cups milk, scalded 6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1/8 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 cups evaporated milk, or cream



1 Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water until mixture coats a spoon. Remove from fire at once. Chill. Add flavoring and evaporated milk, or cream. Freeze.
