| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 C blanched whole almonds, cashews, raw peanuts, or peacan halves | 1/2 C sugar | 2 Tbsp butter or margarine |
| 1/2 tsp vanilla | ||
| 1 | In heavy 10" skillet combined nuts, sugar, & butter or marg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly about 9 minutes or till sugar melts & turns a rich brown color. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Spread nuts on a buttered baking sheet. Separate into clusters. Cool. |
