Glazed Nuts

INGREDIENTS:
2 C blanched whole almonds, cashews, raw peanuts, or peacan halves 1/2 C sugar 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla



1 In heavy 10" skillet combined nuts, sugar, & butter or marg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly about 9 minutes or till sugar melts & turns a rich brown color. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Spread nuts on a buttered baking sheet. Separate into clusters. Cool.
