| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 C butter or margarine | 1 C packed brown sugar | 1 egg yolk |
| 1 tsp vanilla | 2 C all purpose flour | 1 6-oz pkg (1 C) semi-sweet choc chips |
| 1 C chopped walnuts or pecans | ||
| 1 | Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and beat till fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla, beat well. Gradually add flour to beaten mixture, beating constantly. Stir in choc chops and nuts. Press evenly in an ungreased 15x10x1" pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. |
