| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix | 1 egg | 1/3 cup milk |
| 2 tabespoons anise liqueur (anisette, Sambuca, etc.) | ||
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Spread into prepared pan. |
