| 8 ears fresh corn | 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened | 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives | 1/2 teaspoon salt | dash of pepper |
| 1 | Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well. Spread butter mixture on corn, and place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil; wrap tightly. |
