| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 C yogurt | 1/4 C ice water | 1 unwaxed cucumber, chopped |
| 2 T minced fresh mint or 1 T dried | 1 clove garlic, crushed | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 | Stir together yogurt and ice water until smooth. Add cucumber, mint, garlic and salt. (You can add a few ice cubes to keep the sauce very cold.) |
| 2 | NOTE: This makes a good accompaniment for baked tray Kufta, or it can be served as a dip with peda bread. |
