Yogurt and Cucumber Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 C yogurt 1/4 C ice water 1 unwaxed cucumber, chopped
2 T minced fresh mint or 1 T dried 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp salt



1 Stir together yogurt and ice water until smooth. Add cucumber, mint, garlic and salt. (You can add a few ice cubes to keep the sauce very cold.)
2 NOTE: This makes a good accompaniment for baked tray Kufta, or it can be served as a dip with peda bread.
