| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cloves garlic, minced | salt | 3 C plain yogurt |
| 1-1/2 C peeled and diced cucumbers | 1 T crushed dried mint, plus extra for sprinkling | |
| 1 | Mash garlic with salt to taste. Combine with yogurt in bowl and mix well. Stir in cucumbers and 1 T dried and crushed mint. Cover and refrigerate. Served chilled. Sprinkle with additional crushed mint before serving. |
