INGREDIENTS:
bottom parts of either asparagus or broccoli stems, trimmed 1 C oil 1-1/2 C white vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced
salt, black pepper



1 Process the asparagus or broccoli stems in blender until pureed. Add oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Process 3-4 minutes or until well blended.
