| bottom parts of either asparagus or broccoli stems, trimmed | 1 C oil | 1-1/2 C white vinegar |
| 1 T Dijon mustard | 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce | 1 clove garlic, minced |
| salt, black pepper | ||
| 1 | Process the asparagus or broccoli stems in blender until pureed. Add oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Process 3-4 minutes or until well blended. |
