Grandma Liza's Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
2 loaves frozen Bridgeford dough, thawed 1/2 C olive oil 2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp salt 1 (29 oz) can tomato puree 1/2 C red pepper puree
1 tsp garlic powder 1 T dried thyme 1 tsp rahan
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded



1 Press each loaf of dough into greased 10x15" baking tray. Set aside. Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and salt and saute until well cooked, 5-10 minutes. Add tomato puree, red pepper puree, garlic powder, thyme and rahan. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Cool. Add Jack and Mozzarella cheeses to cooled sauce. Mix well. Divide in half and spread evenly over dough in each tray. Bake at 350 F 15-20 minutes or until done. Pizza can be served hot or at room temperaute.
