| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 C butter or margarine | 1/2 C farina (cream of wheat) | 1 C sugar |
| 2 C boiling water | 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese or Mozzarella, shredded | |
| 1 | Melt butter in small skillet and stir in farina. Saute, stirring, 5 minutes. Combine sugar and boiling water in pan and stir to dissolve sugar. Return to full boil. Stir in farina mixture. Cover and turn off heat. Let rest 2-3 minutes until mixture thickens. Stir in cheese and serve. |
