Jalapeno Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp salad oil 15-oz can refried beans + small amount of water 1 Tbsp diced onion
salt to taste pinch of garlic salt 1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 minced jalapeno chiles



1 In a saucepan, heat oil, add beans, mix with a little water. Stir in onions, salt, garlic salt. Add cheese, allow to melt. Sprinkle with chiles. Heat until beans are slightly thickened. Place in dip bowl, serve with tortilla chips.
